When conversating with hospital cooks, it is wise to avoid hip greetings such as "Gimme some skin, Flo!"
A tad off topic, but I'm reminded of going thru my college dining room lunch line one Saturday. Hotdogs were on the menu, and the dude in line ahead of me was going thru for seconds. "May I," he cheerily asked, "have another tapeworm, please?"
