Sounds like the White Russian drink recipe that I enjoyed so much over the holidays: pour equal parts vodka, Kahlua, and milk over ice and shake (the glass, not myself).
Reminds me of the story about the man in a penile rehabilitation clinic that requested the nurse with Parkinson's.
