@Readers- I'll admit this one is pretty obscure if you're not up to date on rare genetic illnesses unique to Jewish folks. This morning, Mrs. J admitted she had no idea what the cartoon was talking about. I explained it to her - but explaining a joke never makes it funny.
Stilton, speaking for myself, I ENJOY the obscure ones... the more synapses that fire the better. If it's too easy, the bone next to the radius doesn't benefit as much.
