I guess that all depends on the circumstances of the passing, like the story told by a person relating the death of his grandpa... "When I die, I want to go like my grandpa Bill... quietly in my sleep... not kicking and screaming, like the OTHER people in the car!"
Cats also have Friskies, Meow Mix and Purina Cat Chow.
