@JustaJeepGuy- In some humans and animals, narcolepsy or fainting can be triggered by a startle reflex (or at least, I think so). So basically, when Johnny suddenly shouts out the title it's "lights out" for narcolepsy boy.
I tried melatonin two different times, about 25 years ago. The first time it kept me awake. I thought it was just a fluke so 6 months later I tried it again. It kept me awake again. No more of that! Narcolepsy sounds desirable to me sometimes!
