@John Robert Mallernee- Not to worry, this is just another odd figment of my imagination. Rather than a usual scalp massage (rubbing the scalp), the barber is offering a standard full-body massage in which he uses his own noggin instead of hands. There's no pun or double-entendre or anything...it's just me being weird, which happens sometimes.
I'm trying not to picture this arrangement in great detail, but isn't the wrong scalp set to be oiled?
