In fairness, this isn't my gag. When my mother was a little girl (about 90 years ago) she and her cousin Betty used to play this game of adding the words "between the sheets" to the names of hymns, risking giggles and harsh looks.
That's great, I'll have to try it out. It's almost like determining your "porn star" name. Take the name of your first pet and combine with the street where you lived as a child. You can get some pretty amusing combinations.

@TrickyRicky- In my case, that "porn name" comes out to Colleen Primrose. I'd be better off writing bodice-ripping erotica.
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine would use "between the sheets" at the end of what she read from a fortune cookie. Can be very funny also.
