On the other hand, I'm sure he's using it as a disguise, so he doesn't look like the 'wanted' posters...
@TrickyRicky- I'm not sure I can promise that, but there's a good chance he wearing women's undergarments even now.@Pete(Detroit)- I think you're on the nose (the red rubber-ball nose) with the second explanation.
