He better hope he can find a $20 bill, otherwise there will be a lawsuit and somebody's parents are gonna be living GOOD off that clown for the rest of their lives....haha.
@Suzy- Somehow, I doubt that Tickles the Clown has much of a bankroll to tap if he loses a lawsuit. Oh sure, the court could take his car...but there are 20 other clowns in it.
