@Kevin- Wouldn't you hate to be diagnosed with acute angina and have everybody snort coffee out of their nose when you tell them? Talk about life being unfair...
@Stan da Man- Lance probably could smell it. I've recently (and truly) read about dogs who can detect the scent of cancer.

@SC- In less politically correct times, an SBD was also referred to as a "Polish Sneaker." Thank goodness we're all more enlightened now.
