@Pete(Detroit)- True story: my mother (now deceased, sadly) had a prescription for medical marijuana in her last year of life, but had nowhere to get it. Hearing this, a well-known television personality obtained marijuana from a licensed provider, repackaged it in a box of microwave popcorn, and sent it to my mom. And no, I'm not going to share the name because the person was taking a risk to help my mom, and I'm still appreciative. And more than a little amazed!
I don't understand the thing about medical marijuana being an issue. I'm 100% against it being legal for rec use, but ALL drugs can be addictive or bad...but all drugs can also be used wisely for good...I don't see how marijuana is different than other drugs. Good story, Stilt! Very interesting! :-)
