Ok, twisted -
I see us 'meeting' like 20 patients, and getting to know them, and their families. As they 'check out' we get to go to the funerals, and reminiscence w/ them.
And if they're not dying fast enough for production, the audience gets to 'vote them off' the treatment.
I can see that, actually... >shudder<
