@Stan da Man- This is one of those cases where they identify the victim by looking at the dental impressions left in the Dr. Scholl's shoe inserts.

Flat feet can be very painful for the patent, though the flat feet themselves are not the cause of discomfort. Rather, fallen arches and often cause other dysfunctions in the legs and feet. This can be treated through Orthotics and requires special foot ware.

Readers- unshockingly, following the link from "Flat Feet" shows him to be an arch-support salesman. Normally I'd just nuke this as spam, but I sort of like his chutzpah. Especially since the store he's pushing is in the UK - which is a pretty long walk for most of us!
