@TrickyRicky- Hey, I know that joke! (The one with the rhyming answer). Regarding the string of one liners, I ran out of ones I knew a while ago and had to start making up new ones by going through a list of names (though I must admit it was fun). I was particularly proud of "Dustin."
I may need to add an armless, legless kid to Johnny's world just to use some of these...
