Definition of a gentleman: Someone who knows how to play the accordion, and doesn't!

@Anonymous- I like it! However, my Dad used to play the theme from Davy Crockett on the accordion, and I'd pay anything to hear it one more time.

Do you know what the definition of Perfect Pitch is?

It's the sound an accordion makes when you throw it in the dumpster.

And no offense meant towards the memory of your father. Musical talent does not run in my family, but I remember sitting on my grandfather's lap and he would light matches. Treasure your good memories.

@Gladron- Hey, no offense taken! Trust me, I'm not sitting around listening wistfully to accordion CDs. It's less the accordion than the accordion player that I miss so much.

I gotta ask: Is that kid INSIDE the water cooler in the second panel?

Sure looks like it, but no one seems to think anything weird's going on.

Stilton Jarlsberg said...

@Seybernetx- Yes, that boy's name is (appropriately enough) "Gil," and he lives in the water cooler owing to an unusual medical condition.

@Jarlsberg -- Let me guess: he has gills, right?

I just found this strip, but that would sure fit what I've seen of things here so far.

@sybernetex - Welcome to the madhouse. Keep your arms and head inside the vehicle at all times and enjoy the ride!

Stilton Jarlsberg said...

@sybernetx- Well if he didn't have gills, it would just be silly for him to live in a water cooler! (grin)

Like Gladorn says, things get pretty crazy in here.
