@Dan Mathewson- It makes for a pleasing mental image, doesn't it?
@TrickyRicky- I appreciate your discretion. I'll admit that today's cartoon comes close to breaking my own rule.
And for those unfamiliar with the Brompton Cocktail, it's a tangy mixture of morphine (or heroin, depending on what you've got on hand) and bajillion-proof alcohol which is given "to relieve pain and promote sociability near death." Now that's a catchy slogan!
@Dan Mathewson- Johnny will move us to safer and saner ground by Friday (I think). It's my fault for chumming the waters, but I wanted to use the gag about putting pants on "one leg at a time" and the gag worked better citing the president (any president) as an example rather than going with the generic "a great man" or "important person."

Can't comment today without going political, especially the way this one is teed up. Now where is my Brompton Cocktail?
