@John Robert Mallernee- In complete honesty, I don't really get it either. I'm sure I thought it funny at the time, but for the life of me I can't remember why. For what it's worth, I appreciate your candor in admitting the darn thing doesn't make sense (tired grin).
@The Old Man- Seriously, if I had any pride I'd have just pulled the cartoon right after it posted. But now it's oddly amusing just because it makes no sense at all. Sorry about that! (Sheepish grin)

Sorry, but I didn't get that one.

Because lobsters are all red and demonic looking?
Or just that having neither fins nor scales, they're an abomination in the eyes of the Lord?

God told man not to eat of the lobster, and the shrimp, and the clam, and the oyster because----He wanted them all for Himself?
@Pete(Detroit)- Yeah! Yeah! THAT'S it! Well...no it isn't. Seriously, what the hell was I thinking?
@JustaJeepGuy- Wow, if God wanted to hog all of the lobster, shrimp, clams, and oysters, that would be really shellfish.
Okay, now I'm only digging the hole deeper, aren't I?
Lost me as well...
