Had a haggis, once. Was thinking on it, and just a sheep's stomach stuffed w/ barley, oats, and random organ meats. If we stuffed it a little lower, we'd call it a sausage. So, I suppose I can have a slice of a great bid sausage... So, how was it, the GF asked? A little heavy on "lung" (I assume that's what the rubbery bits that had the texture of the structure of a pomegranate... Or, as Stan da Man might say - Offal, just offal...

It's just me I suppose, but I would recommend switching to scotch, probably Laphroaig, for peat's sake!
@TrickyRicky- Technically, I think a scotch-infused tapeworm in a stomach is haggis.
(And bonus points for the "for peat's sake" comment!)
