Not to nitpick, but wouldn't a "grand mal" be 1000 shopping centers? Anyway, I was diagnosed to have Epiglottis myself. It's a burden I must bear bravely.
Just an FYI... Epiglottis is a body part, and Epiglottitis is an inflammation of same. The former "don't need no steenking telethon". (The proper grammar would have been for me to write that I "...have [an] epiglottis", but I was reaching for the "jocular vein".
