@JustaJeepGuy- The odds are usually pretty good that you'll get grossed out by a Johnny punchline unless it appears on Christmas day. And even then, well, you never know.

@Duke of URL VFM#391- It's probably a joke best suited to hypochondriacs. A raised dark spot with "irregular borders" is a sign of skin cancer.
It took me a second read to get the "irregular borders" reference. Then I was grossed out. But I still laughed!
Aaaannnddd..... I've lost my appetite for Thanksgiving dinner.
Not a big loss. SIL is cooking and she's a vegetarian, thus no turkey or ham tonight anyways.
