As I understand it, the Ruler of the Infernal Regions DOES grant wishes but there is a hefty quid pro quo involved. So yeah, it could get a little strange.
I'm so dyslexic, I almost didn't get the joke.
Reminds me of the classic Dana Carvey "Church Lady" routine, when she anagram-ed Santa into Satan. Classic.
