Wow, that takes me right back to the cafeteria in Libby Hall, 1973, where the Beef Stroganoff gave a whole new meaning to a hit song of the day, "You're So Vein".
One of the fun parts about going to an AG school (Texas A&M) was "steak night" at the cafeteria. You KNEW they had slaughtered some of the 'test' cattle - as some of the steaks had 1" perfectly round holes in them, presumably where they'd taken a 'core sample'...
