@John Robert Mallernee- I don't think you missed the joke so much as you're raising the very real question of if there's even a joke here. Basically, while browsing clipart I found a stupid picture of a horse standing on a bottle and its idiocy amused me. So I used it with a "back on the bottle" gag (as if Johnny was speaking to a relapsed drinker). All of that being said, "I don't get it" is a perfectly valid response to this one (grin).
It looks a bit like a bottle of Blantons.
That'd make a nifty cork screw handle
