Explaining a gag never makes it funnier, but the idea was that the number-caller at the bingo game is having a heart attack and his last utterance is "OH!" Meanwhile, bingo gal thinks he said the letter "O" for the game and is waiting to hear the associated number.
In hindsight, I needed something in there to make it clear that the other voice is indeed the bingo number caller. D'oh!
