Can you (should you?) take Calamine Lotion internally if you didn't spit the poison ivy out?When I was young, I had a friend who was not allergic to poison ivy. Where I lived, it was almost a superpower. I was quite envious of him.

Isn't kale just poison ivy with better PR?
