Ya know, I've hated that song since the summer of '72. Radio stations all over played it to death. Even the Rev. Billy C. Wirtz couldn't make that song palatable, especially after he mixed it with that other ear parasite, "Free Bird"!
@Justa- Yep, those two songs were blasting out of every dorm room window my freshman year at CU, and I still loathe them this many years later. The only version of Stairway that I can sometimes stomach is Frank Zappa's.
