It's not because you swallowed the baby, it's because you carried it in your baggy beak and it suffocated.

Sorry, it's not his fault. He's a pelican not a pelican't.

Sometimes I am too subtle...
"A Modest Proposal for Preventing the Children of Poor People from Being a Burthen to Their Parents or Country, and for Making Them Beneficial to the Publick, commonly referred to as A Modest Proposal, is a Juvenalian satirical essay written and published by Anglo-Irish writer and clergyman Jonathan Swift in 1729. The essay suggests that poor people in Ireland could ease their economic troubles by selling their children as food to the elite." Maybe the Lefties will start advocating for illegals to vend some of their 15 children...lol A new meaning to "eating Mexican."

One thing about pelicans, they make a helluva mess out of an F5 when it flies into one at low level.

That's horrible and hilarious. Chef's kiss!

"A Modest Proposal" is near and dear to my heart as it represents both the use of shocking satire to argue real points as well as the tendency of lunkheads to not "get it" and take it literally.

They make rotten engine lubricant, for sure. Not great for windshields either.
