LOL Good humor is funny 'cause it's true... I had a stroke one night, and I was rushed to a hospital. There, a monitor was wheeled into my room, and a Black lady somewhere started explaining the approved treatment for a stroke. Also entering the room was a group of M.D.s, who encircled my bed.I was told by Maxine Headroom the treatment was effective, but had a small percentage rate of Death, about 3%. Also a grim looking Doc informed me he had lost 3 patients from this procedure. Meanwhile, I knew there was only a 2 hour window to do anything to return to a state of "not so bad" with a stroke. I was thinking "Can I do it twice?" but what I said was DO IT! I was on my laptop when the stroke started happening and knew what it was...I Googled stroke symptoms and there I was...Sorry, I not only didn't die, I have recovered about 50% or so of my stroke side mobility. Ahhh, life is such an adventure...and full of funny stories like JO experiences. I am still annoyed when insensitive rowers make fun of me, though...
