@DougM- I'm not sure about buffalo anus, but I know pig's rectums are cut into circular slices, battered, fried, and sometimes served as calamari without diners being any the wiser. This is a true thing.
As far as buffalo anus goes, there's no way in hell I'd make a joke about a Native American fleshlight.
