A two-word title, @Stilt? I don't think the hyphen makes "knock-knock" one word. But Johnny IS your guy, so it's your rules...

@JustaJeepGuy- "Knock-knock" is totally one word when used to describe a joke. Similarly, two knocks can be represented by the single word "knockers."

Hmmm..."Knock-Knock" has four "K"s, so that can't be the word, although two of them are silent.

When using a word to illustrate the letter K, I always say "K as in knife". Clarity is not necessarily my goal.
